No overhead lifts
One foot of each partner must remain on the ground at all times

Country Swing Progressive

All American, i.e. all ages and levels
Pick your own partner
No overhead lifts
One foot of each partner must remain on the ground at all times
Progressive dances accepted. Eg: Two Step, One Step, Shuffle etc..
Must make at least one revolution around the floor

Social Line Dance

All American, i.e. all ages and levels

Contest Entry Fee: Each contest is $25 per entry (before 7/15), $30 per entry (after 7/15)
